"lolab Co., Ltd." Period of retention and use of personal information

The user's personal information is to be destroyed immediately once the purpose of the collection and use of personal information is fulfilled. The procedure and method of destruction is as follows: However, if it is necessary to preserve it in accordance with the provisions of the relevant laws and regulations, the Company will keep the user information for a certain period set forth in the relevant laws and regulations as follows.

Destruction procedure
The information entered by the user for user registration, etc., is transferred to a separate DB after the purpose is achieved (separate filing cabinet in the case of paper) and is subject to information protection according to internal policies and other related laws (see the Period of retention and use). It is destroyed after being stored for a period of time.
Personal information transferred to a separate DB is not used for any purpose other than being retained unless otherwise required by law.
